we have cutting unit glass control with s7-400 and 2 plc use master and slave .
and 10 ET200 use in bus .plc1 is working good
when change plc1 to plc2 no problem but when change plc2 to plc1 fault in bus ET200 after reset error in monitonring system plc1 is working good.
can any help me ?

hello, i often use this configuration and all working fine.
I think that you use a IM153.2 for et200. The error is only into monitoring system or is real ? --> red led active on IM153 and or red led on cpu )
In any case which bit you reset from monitoring system ? Which OB's do you use to check the problem ?
my suggest in this case is : clear complete both cpu and reload all !! sometimes i have had strange problem. With reload procedure, i have resolve
