[?]: CPU313 upload error from step7 v5.4+sp3

Hi

I have siemens cpu 313 with MC flash card , when i tried to upload the program the following message appeared :

UPLOAD STATION TO PG ( 13:44 )
ONLINE CPU TYPE 6SE7313-1AD03-0AB0 V1.0.0 UNKNOWN.

The software which i used is simatic manager step7 v5.4+sp3

So what does it mean and what can i do ?

according to your link i decided to upgrade my software from V5.4+SP3 to V5.4+SP5
but after loading the service back file SP5 from the siemens site ( SIMATIC_S7_STEP7_V54_SP5.zip ) and installing it now, i have two shortcut icons for simatic program and also two shortcut icons for Automation License Manager .

but when i try to run the simatic manager program the follwing message was appeared

[THE AUTOMATION LICENSE MANAGER SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN STARTED PLEASE START THE SERVICE

and the program is not working any more

what is happened ? why , why why ?

Some drivers of software products, in particular mobile telephone software (to date Mobile Connect software products) are not compatible with the communication mechanism of the Automation License Manager (ALM)

Right button on My Computer
Manage>Services and Application>Services > ALM service




or install ALM v4

The steps for uploading :

I tried to upload the program from the cpu 313 with MC flash card but the result as before

BUT when i go to online without uploading no problem happened and also i can make downloading the program , after that the uploading process is not allowed

also i downloaded the HW configuration but noway to upload it.
and when i tried to delete the MC flash this error would appear

( open 33:8570 )
EPROM: THE PROGRAMMING INTERFACE OR THE EXTERNAL PROMMER IS ALREADY BEING USED BY ANOTHER APPLICATION.
