Dear Siemens experts,
Can some expert upload this software version again?

I am working for a modification project with PCS7 v6.1 @ Step 7 5.3 SP2 HF15/ F-System v6.0. This version of PCS7 could work with Safety Matrix Eng Tool v5.2 only. I did search in forum about the download link for Safety Matrix v5.2 but all of them died. Can anyone please help in uploading this software version 5.2 again?
Many thanks and I truly appreciate to your supports.
I also asked Siemens distributor for this software version but they do not have as well.
