It should be. To be honest I didn't test it. There is mentioned:
for restore only SIMATIC MC memory card 6ES7 954-8LF00-0AA0 265 euro (!)- not for use with 1 euro "photo" SD
It might be the image is not working...Perhaps the other members might confirm it.

Use in built in Intouch System Management Console (SMC) together with DAS S7 or DAS SIDIRECT Server depends of how is established communication between PLC and SCADA (MPI, Profibus, Ethernet). I think here have a links for download the same.
