I am not really sure how to do that, is it possible to create readable mmc for siemens plc from ordinary mmc by using .img file ?

I have slc 5/03 cpu, no rack, no psu.
is there any chance to test does it works and powers up?
can i make my own psu and cheat on rack? ( googling for 20 minutes ) - disaster.
