Tested on Windows XP SP3 Portable versions in different languages from Eplan P8 V1.9.6 Build 3297 (Hotfix 1). I got a time ago Eplan cabinet 4.2 SP2, but I dont know if the version of this post, Ecabinet 1.8, is newer than that (yes... I see 4.2 and 1.8, but Eplan puts rare names and numbers to their software).
