There are "Factory talk View SE (site edition)" and "Factorytalk View ME (machine edition)" and FT View SE is used when your system is operated on PC (run application on PC) and FT view ME is used when you use panel view to operated the system. As my understanding you cannot migrate FT View ME to SE...
