The easy way to convert MPI to rs232 is to buy a siemens programming lead

I have a client with a Siemens S5 programmed using Quadriga software.

Does anyone have a copy or Know where i can get a copy of this Software ?

Does your Analyser connect to the PC using a PCMCIA Card ?

If So these cards are not supported by Vmware

I presume this pinout is for the serial programming Lead used Program using the ASIMON Software.

I was also Interested in the Lead used to automatically transfer a configuration from A Existing Device to a new replacement Device.

Does anyome Know the Pinouts for a ASIMON Download cable ASM-DC1.

It as a Rj45 connector at each end . Can a Normal Ethernet Patch lead be Used ?

by applying source protection to a program routine you can make it viewable ( greyed out ) and
also prevent any changes beeing made to it.
