Have anybody an answer for "this problem"? Hi anybody, I am trying and trying to install the emulator on Windows7 x64. Sofar as i tried no results after running the setup.bat there is a message: System error 1275 unable to start service blocked. UAC is already off and in the left corner is Test mode...
