Your IP must same route both PC and PLC
for example:
PC IP:192.168.1.1 subnet 255.255.255.0
PLC IP:192.168.1.3 subnet 255.255.255.0
HMI IP: 192.168.1.4 subnet 255.255.255.0

The software and SN are working fine but I faced problem with start up software it says

" The program can't start because OSLicense.dll is missing from your computer. Try ti re-installing the program to fix this problem."
