Thank you all for your help .I have send a email with the error to Siemens Support and they send me the answer. The problem is converter MPI/PPI usb that i use the doesn't work with the CPU´S 21*.....only whit the series CPU´s 22*and above.The only way for me to connect is using a old pg from siemen...

Do you use Siemens PPI adapter or some Chinese equipment? Is your COM port integrated with motherboard or you have additional card? The problem is that i do the detection on the pg interface and doesn't connect to the address that appear .The cpu 214 is working OK.
