I installed a patch and lost the license, but after I reactivated the factory talk view, it only supports 5 displays. My authorization file is 250 displays, and in use is 0 in the manager. How to solve this problem, thank you!

I have an authorization for the ABPLC software server, but since I lost it after installing a patch, I have that authorized account and password, but I can't activate it in the software manager. I want to ask God to help me solve it.
